Beautiful condo!
Our family loved this oceanfront condo. The view was amazing, the condo was clean and comfortable, and it was very convenient to the beach and to local restaurants and shops. We had no problems with our stay and highly recommend this unit.

Great view with a comfortable bed
The rental was very clean. The master bed very comfortable and the view was outstanding. Maisons Sur Mer is a great place to stay (our 2nd stay different condo). I will say the patio furniture was not very comfortable and the inside furniture was built for a tall person. My wife did not find it comfortable. Bring extra toilet paper, 1 roll per bathroom for a week? A box of Kleenex would have been a nice amenity for what we paid. All the appliances worked appropriately.

Fantastic Stay
Positive: Maison Sur Mer is a great property with lots of amenities and this unit was absolutely beautiful. More storage than you could ever need, comfy beds and pillows, great showers, clean kitchen.
Negative: There are no places to hang your towels or washcloths anywhere in either bathroom. Tip: We bought command hooks made to safely hang wreaths on glass windows and used them on the shower.
Overall: Loved this beautiful, spacious condo and would definitely stay again.

Nicely decorated condo right on the beach
The location of this property was perfect. We loved the decor and that the bedrooms were on opposite sides of the condo for privacy. We really enjoyed the 2 balconies and being just steps from the beach. We would definitely return.

Maisons Sur Mer 302
We had a nice stay in 302 at the Maisons Sur Mer. We enjoy the property of the Maisons. Overall the unit was nice, however it didn’t feel very clean. Trash was left in the bathrooms cans and the floors were sandy and dirty throughout.

Maisons 302
We have enjoyed staying at Maison Sur Mer for several year’s and this years condo was one of the nicest we have stayed in. Furniture and bedding were very comfortable. Unit was very clean and the view was awesome.

6 MONTHS IN PARADISE
We had a 6 month rental in this beautiful condo. It could not hSve been better!! The building is a gorgeous well maintained building with 24 hr security. The condo had everything we needed. The kitchen is very well appointed. We especially enjoyed the built in wine cooler!! We used it for soft drinks and water and had plenty of room left in the main refrigerator. The bedrooms are beautifully furnished and the beds slept great!! Both bathrooms have been totally remodeled with great showers. The balcony was well furnished and we enjoyed many hours sitting there and enjoying the view. We will definitely be back!!!

September vacation
The building and unit met our expectations. A great pool overlooking the beach. Having bbqs to cook dinner was a plus. It would have been nice to have instructions as to how to lock the unit and how to use the 2 remotes provided for each tv.

Loved it!
Our experience here was great. We were celebrating our 41st anniversary . Great location convenient to everything we needed,the facilities were wonderful and the staff very helpful. Our condo was so nice and beautifully decorated. We would definitely stay here again and use North Beach Realty.
