"Condo was very clean, very comfortable beds & livingroom, kitchen very well stocked. The chairs on the balcony were comfortable, however, at least one should have a way to put your feet up. The front door doesn’t not have a dead bolt, not only was there a joke in the door, a sign on the door says so (lol). We had no idea until 6 days into our vacation that we were leaving the door unlocked all night & all day. I thought the combination lock locked automatically when we shut it. Guess we were lucky. The maintenance man was very prompt to replace the entire lock the same day we discovered it.
We didn’t like that parking was on the other side of the street, the number of handicapped parking spaces was very limited compared to the size of the condo. We always had to make arrangements every time we left the building. "

"Really nice condo that is not being taken care of properly. Dirty is an understatement. When we walked in it was obvious the floors hadn't been cleaned. We vacuumed everything from toe nails to glass up from the carpet. Throughout the week we found lots of left behind things including Dirty towels, half eaten cookies, bottle rockets, lighters, rings the list goes on. That was just the stuff we came across by chance. A cockroach visited us in the kitchen. Washer and dryer need replaced. The condo has so much potential but unfortunately we won't be back due to it not being cleaned adequately. "

"We had a good time! This was this second time we stayed at this condo. There were a couple of minor things family members found but nothing that I thought was a big deal. I'm sure it is just end of season stuff that is taken care of in the off season by the cleaning crew when they do extreme deep cleans as time permits. I love working with NBR, they make everything SO easy!! We will be back!!"

"We enjoyed our stay in this unit. It had something available for all ages. The unit was clean and well furnished. There is a bar, convenience store, food stand and beach shop less than 100 yards away. If had to give constructive criticism, there was not enough parking. Some of us had to park almost 3 blocks away which was a huge inconvenience, however I learned this is a facility policy and not a North Beach Rental policy. "

"We had one person in our group that had never seen the ocean before so it was a very memorable experience. The unit was clean and nicely furnished and our view from the 16th floor balcony was amazing! We got to experience a magnificent sunrise and the weather was perfect! We made many very special memories and will always remember this vacation. My only (very minor) suggestion would be a better coffee pot. It took FOREVER to brew a pot of coffee."

"Beautiful unit. Lovely quiet location on the beach in North Myrtle.
Love the new chairs for sitting on the balcony but miss the big table outside for eating at on the balcony.

"The condo is in a great location with a great view!!! The hallways and elevators need a good cleaning. The unit itself needs updated appliances and could use a little tlc on the front entrance. The decor was cute and we felt very comfortable. There was plenty of space for 9 of us. We had some cleaning issues but the management company was very responsive and took care of them ASAP. "

" I give it 5 stars. The condo was very clean, it accommodated 8 ladies with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was perfect. The condo was located on the beach, We were able to parasail and ride the big banana boat. Loved the large patio had breakfast on the patio every morning."

"One of the best beach front rental experiences I have had. I could not think of anything that could be better. This is a fabulous property, right on the beach, plenty of space for a large family. Feels comfortable and furniture and rooms that don't look beat up, but fresh and inviting. I had my father and my family with pre-teen and teenagers and they all loved the building, the condo, the beach and the area. Only downside is we loved keeping the balcony sliders open to hear the ocean and get that amazing breeze, but other tenants were obviously smoking on their balconies and that smell would come in even though I thought there was no smoking in the building."

"This rental place is so nice! We had a group of 8 people and every bedroom had plenty of space. Every bed was clean, smelled fresh and bug free!! YEAH!!!! The living room was large so we were all able to sit together very comfortably to watch movies. This was great because finding a condo with enough seating space can be a challenge. The view from the balcony is wonderful. We spent an afternoon out there playing cards. We would definitely stay here again!"

"This was a great unit. We were traveling with our 3 teenagers who each brought a friend so it was the perfect set up. Kitchen was well stocked and unit was clean. "

We rented this four bedroom condo for three months in January, February and March from North Beach Realty. Right from the start everything went smoothly. Victoria and the others in the office made this happen. We received emails from them before we arrived to insure a smooth rental process. During our stay we would receive other emails concerning next payments due and just general information about our stay in North Myrtle.
Unfortunately we had go home a bit early this year due the Coronavirus. We were very sad to leave but again Victoria helped make that a smooth operation. We have already booked the same unit for next year through Victoria and are hoping that life will get back to normal so we are able to keep our reservation.
We were very pleased with the condo we rented. It was clean and overall well kept. The condo was well equipped and nicely decorated. We did have a few issues with the stove and front door which North Beach Realty sent their maintenance man to take care of. He came almost immediately and dealt with the problems efficiently.
Only wish we would have at this time concerning this condo is better blackout curtains in the back bedrooms. The light from the outdoor hallway shines right into those rooms at night making the rooms very bright for sleeping even with the blinds on the windows closed.
The building itself and the pool area also were always kept clean and well maintained
The location of the unit is great with lots of wonderful golf courses and restaurants close by.
Here is hoping we are able to enjoy our winter here in North Myrtle again next year.

"Condo was great. Close to everything. Loved the ocean views and accommodations were fantastic. Some of us enjoyed beach everyday others enjoyed pool area. Already wanting to book again. Victoria in the office was extremely helpful with accommodation and directed us where to get kids furniture for the week which helped since we flew in Can’t wait to return. We had a miniature golf contest for the week. So many to choose from. Lulu’s was fun place. Blueberry grill great breakfast "

"Overall the condo was nice enough. We did have some issues. Two of the toilets had problems. One was fixed and the other one was not. A repairman came and said he couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. The toilet would literally run and run and make really loud noises. This continued our entire trip. We also had difficulty with the fire alarms. I know they are necessary, but ours were so sensitive you couldn’t get a shower without them going off. We finally unplugged one of them to have a little peace. It was very disconcerting for my father who has dementia. We had brought him on his last beach trip. The furnishings were nice and the decorations were pretty. The pillows on all of the beds were a little flat. Not the owner’s fault, but the neighbors above us were extremely noisy the first two nights. All in all I would probably come back if I knew the issues were taken care of. "

"Property located on the beach front near many amenities. Was there for the golf and many courses in the area. Also, restaursnts, shopping and mini golf golf for kids. Got the morning sun on the balcony for coffee and the ocean waves for a relaxing evening. Pools were clean and well maintained a little chilly for my liking but we did enjoy the sun and hot tub. They did have an indoor pool which we did not take advantage of. Rental had plenty of room. People in the building were helpful and friendly."
