"It is big enough for our family. It is nice having 5 bathrooms. The condo is nice and convenient to the ocean. "

"Everything was great but some things need to be repaired/replaced in both refrigerators and there should be more kitchen utensils and large pots for large groups. "

"The condo was wonderful. However the owner really needs to update. They need change the carpets they are old and stained. And the drapes in one of the single bed rooms has a huge rip in it and needs to be replaced. But we had a wonderful time. "

this was my family very 1st Christmas vacation in a long time. My Father has never visit Mrytle Beach before and just to be with his family on it was the best.

Only problems were the owners need to replace the carpet, the dark stans look very bad and also the furniture is worn completely out!!!
The pillows on the sofa or completely worn out flat when you sit down on the sofa you sent down to the bottom it hard to get up.
The BEDS OMG was awful.
The Curtin in the second full size bedroom was ripped.
The place just needed an updated make over.
But other than we really enjoy our Christmas.

My family is planning on returning in 2022 for Christmas next year.

"The rental was exactly what we would have expected renting through a rental company i.e. check in different location, bring basic supplies like toilet paper, hand soap, questionable cleaning. We usually use Airbnb and expected similar standards. Unfortunately that was not the case. The property management company made this experience tolerable especially using their app to receive information and what to expect once we arrived. Staff was super friendly when issues of parking came up as well as some maintenance."

"Value was equivalent to property description. Two upgrades needed. Carpeting upstairs is dated. Really need to progress to a number combination and move on from key and lock."

First was the management company, North Coast Realty. From the first inquiry through our stay, everyone was cheerful and receptive. The condo was extremely clean and well furnished. We especially appreciated the dining furniture with enough seating for 16 people. Our only disappointment was the bed size in the 2 en suites on the second floor - the beds were full size and not queen or kings. We will not hesitate to rent this condo again. "
